Hi, I’m Tamim Hasan — a certified ScrumMaster®, tech innovator, and community-driven leader passionate about turning data and empathy into real-world impact.

From majoring in Machine Learning during my Bachelor of Computer Science (Magna Cum Laude) to graduating with distinction in my Master’s (GPA 6.75/7.0) at Federation University, I’ve built solutions that matter — like a VR experience for anti-vaping awareness (commended by the Executive Dean), predictive analytics for EV adoption, and heart disease detection apps powered by AI.

Recognized with three Federation Advantage Awards and selected to represent FedUni at TEQSA 2024, I’ve grown from a student leader to Chair of the Student Senate, contributing to university strategy, equity, and innovation.

Beyond the screen, I’ve served as a Student Residential Advisor, blog writer, and campaign ambassador. I’ve volunteered across communities — from RISE Crew to BARS, Salvation Army to BRMC — and contributed to Ballarat’s Business Awards through local engagement.

Whether leading sprints, writing code, analyzing data, or uplifting voices — I build with purpose, lead with empathy, and never stop learning.

Personal Interests and Hobbies

Outside of my professional and academic life, I’m passionate about sports, photography, and exploring new cultures through travel. I enjoy meeting new people and making lasting friendships, which helps me build strong connections both personally and professionally. I’m also a big fan of movies and music, finding inspiration in both. Volunteering for causes that make a positive impact is important to me, as it allows me to give back to the community and grow as an individual. These activities not only bring me joy but also shape my ability to connect with others, collaborate, and approach challenges with a fresh perspective.
