Led the planning and development of a mobile app for Heartland Equestrian Centre (HEC) to improve digital engagement, streamline bookings, and modernize business operations. This app allows users to book riding lessons, training sessions, and trail rides, while enhancing communication and brand visibility.

As the Project Manager, I:
- Wrote the executive summary and oversaw documentation
- Designed the Cost Model & Baseline Budget
- Created the Gantt Chart, Project Schedule, and Network Diagram
