Optimizing Claims Workflow using BPMN, 7PMG, and Process Automation

Project Overview

This project focused on analyzing, modeling, and redesigning the car insurance claim registration process for a fictional insurance firm. The goal was to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and automation readiness.

We followed BPMN best practices, applied 7PMG guidelines, calculated process cycle times, and implemented redesign strategies using Reijers & Mansar’s techniques. Finally, we proposed automation through a five-step framework.
